HR Senior Associate (Total Rewards)

The HR Senior Associate is accountable for supporting service delivery related to the Total Rewards Disability Management Program working with the various vendors to manage system and program requirements. The role provides reporting as well as support/training to the HR team related to both the systems and the program.

What you’ll be working on:
Shared Services role:

  • Supports management of STD pay process and PepsiCo Canada Leaves and Claims (PCLC) program which includes working directly with vendors to resolve issues
  • Provides coaching/training for HR on STD pay process, SAP/EC updates associated to program and system related requirements
  • Manages requirements related to system feeds, error reports, etc. by working directly with vendors to resolve issues and implement system upgrades
  • Manages invoice process for all Total Rewards budgets
  • Manages continuation of benefits requirements for severances with Vendor
  • Supports reporting process for period, quarterly and annual reports, including maintenance of program hierarchy
  • Supports development of Standard Operating Procedure documents for HR to include maintaining/updating documents on TR Next Gen for HR and PCLC portal


Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Education required – 3 years in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Specialized knowledge – Advanced Level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional certifications
  • Skills – Problem solving and solution-oriented capability to include organizational skills

  • Soft skills – Excellent/effective communication skills
